Placing an Order

Orders can be placed in the following ways:

By using our shopping cart system and submitting your credit card number for on-line transmission.
By email, fax or calling our store and giving all relevant particulars:

Payment

We accept credit cards - Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. Payment can also be made by cheque or Money Order. If paying by cheque it MUST be made out to our company GLENEBON. Allow 7 working days for clearance of cheques.

Back Orders/Special Orders.

Books: Whilst we endeavour to have a large range in stock, older or obscure titles may have to be ordered in. In this case we will e-mail the customer with details if the book is back ordered or currently out of print. At this point the customer may wish to cancel these titles.

Advance Orders

Decorator Prints to be released within the next few months can be tentatively ordered in advance by a customer. As soon as a definite delivery date and prices are available the customer will be notified. At this point the customer can either place a firm order, or else cancel.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of order. In the case of International shipping, all orders are sent "Äirmail" postage and normal delivery takes about 10 days to the U.S.A. 8 days to the U.K. 5 days to Asia and New Zealand. Within Australia 2/4 days. UPS or FEDEX are available or request.

When payment is made by cheque, allow at least 3 working days for clearance before orders are sent. Delivery times given above are estimates based on current practices.
There may be circumstances outside of our control that may affect these delivery times, eg strikes, inclement weather etc.

Cancelled Orders

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Orders in the course of transit cannot be cancelled.

Credit Card Payments

All credit card transactions will be finalised on the day the goods are dispatched.

Secrecy

We do not, under any circumstances, give, sell or in any way make available to third parties, our customers' personal details.

E - mail Replies

Whilst we would like to answer all e-mail immediately, in some circumstances it may not be possible. However, we will do our best to answer as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

Please note our Exchange Policy which will be adhered to at all times.

a) Damaged prints/books, will be exchanged for an undamaged print/book of the same, if possible, as soon as practical. In the case of Antiquarian items which cannot be replaced, a refund will be given providing the damaged print/book is returned within 14 days, accompanied with the original receipt Customers will be notified regarding delivery of the replacement.

b) Should a print/book not be the required, then simply return it, along with the original receipt and credit will be given for the price of the print/book, providing the follow conditions are met: The print/book must have been purchased within the last 14 days. It must be in mint condition ie. the condition it was in when it was dispatched.
Return postage to us is to be paid by the customer. A refund will not be given for any print/book returned outside the guidelines set out above and will only be returned to the customer on payment of the required postage fee.

Problems arising from paragraph (b) above can be overcome by making sure the right print/book is ordered.

Of course any mistakes on our part will be at our expense.
